Specialised Training UK Ltd were delighted to recently return to Hyundai Capital UK to deliver refresher training for their workplace First Aiders and Fire Marshals.
As the finance company behind Hyundai, Kia and Genesis in the UK, Hyundai Capital UK operates in a highly regulated environment where the safety and wellbeing of employees is a priority. Regular refresher training helps ensure designated members of staff remain confident, competent and ready to respond should an emergency arise.
The training combined two essential workplace safety courses: First Aid and Fire Marshal training. Rather than simply revisiting theory, the sessions focused on practical exercises, realistic scenarios and the confidence needed to respond quickly and effectively in real-life situations.
